Kelvin graduated from UC San Diego with a B.A. in Economics. Before joining UC Davis, he worked at the California Energy Commission on energy demand forecasting. He came to the Energy Graduate Group to study and learn about statistical data analysis and policy analysis that can be used to delineate California’s energy future.
