Field Study to Assess Occupant Experience of Energy Efficient Upgrades in Low-Income, Multi-family Communities

UCD researchers supported a field study, led by EPRI, to deploy energy efficient retrofit packages for disadvantaged communities in Central and Southern California. The project measured energy savings, indoor air quality, and impacts on occupants. UCD led tasks to measure occupant behavior and satisfaction, including participant engagement, pre- and post- intervention survey design and implementation, and analysis.
