Per Munch Jakobsen

As Head of PowerLabDK, Per Munch has been one of the main forces in the development and implementation of the unique research facilities within electricity and energy in DTU’s extremely complex PowerLabDK laboratories at the Lyngby and Risø campuses. As a part of the construction, one of his main responsibilities has been to establish and maintain a safe work environment for the users and employees in the laboratory. Per Munch has a strong background from a variety of jobs in the private sector, including construction of electric supply switchboards, industrial automation, development of systems and controllers for HVAC, and construction and commissioning of decentralized CHP plants. He greatly enjoys supporting researchers and students.
