Fasttrack to Energy Careers for Veterans Bootcamp
September 24-25, 2018 at UC Davis
The UC Davis Energy and Efficiency Institute, in conjunction with PG&E, hosted a 2-day Training Course for student veterans interested in pursuing careers in the energy field.
Participants:
- Learned about building energy use and efficiency
- Got hands on experience
- Learned how to conduct a basic energy audit
- Networked with professionals in the energy field
Graduate and undergraduate veteran students attended.
Students participating were from:
- UC Davis
- Other local educational institutions
