Graduating from UC Davis in June of 2022, Hayley Amo received a B.S. in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning. Post-graduation, she partook in a UC Davis Faculty-Led Study Abroad Program, titled “Sustainable Cities of Northern Europe”. During which, she studied green design, engineering, and policy throughout Stockholm, Malmo, Copenhagen, Freiburg, Bern, and Munich. The international focus continues in her research, developing strategies to lessen pollution hotspots and greenhouse-gas emissions from the transportation sector in Los Angeles, as the city gears up for the 2028 Summer Olympic Games. As a returning Aggie, Hayley takes great pride in the UC Davis campus, academics, research, and global community. Pursuing an M.S. in Energy Systems, she continues her campus involvement, research, academics, and helping her peers succeed. Within the Energy Graduate Group (E.G.G.), she has become a Davis “EGGhead” in her own right. Go Ags!
