Shannon is interested in alternative fueling and energy for the maritime domain, including small passenger vessels and larger commercial vessels. She graduated with a Masters of Natural Resources Development from Texas A&M where she studied climate change’s impact on Arctic ecosystems and the maritime domain. She received her B.S.in Biology from Texas Christian University.
