Will Arnold is Director of Communications for the Energy and Efficiency Institute. He is responsible for promoting research and other activities undertaken by the institute, with the goal of raising its national and international profile. Will also currently serves as the Mayor of Davis, first elected to the Davis City Council in 2016 and re-elected in 2020. Will’s decades-long communication experience spans the public, private and political sectors.
