David Duffy, P.E., is a Senior Advisor in the Energy Transition organization within Strategy and Sustainability at Chevron. In this role, he supports a team focused on providing strategic direction and resources to Chevron business units globally, to reduce the carbon intensity of its operations cost effectively.
Previously, Duffy was a team lead within Chevron’s corporate energy management organization, supporting Chevron’s energy management practices across the enterprise. He joined Chevron in 2001 as a facility engineer with Chevron Energy Solutions, serving various roles in energy efficiency, renewables, power generation and reliability.
Prior to joining Chevron, Duffy began his energy career at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, where he worked for over 10 years. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
