Hong is the project manager of the Renewables Global Futures Report at Renewable Energy Policy Network for the 21st Century (REN21). Previously, she spent over four years working on multiple projects at the World Bank Group in Washington DC, evaluating renewable energy policy frameworks and exploring holistic approaches to achieve sustainable mobility. She holds a master’s degree in public policy at Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in economics at Peking University. She is interested in understanding how to strengthen the energy-transport nexus globally and in Asia.
