Sadia holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar, KPK, Pakistan and received her master’s degree in Energy Systems from the National University of Science and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. For her master’s thesis, she conducted a techno-economic analysis of net-zero energy schools which helped determine areas where energy can be conserved and the renewable potential of school buildings. While earning her doctoral degree at UC Davis, Sadia will continue research in green buildings, energy efficiency and sustainability. In addition, she is also interested in learning more about implementation of clean energy and sustainability policies.
