Our next Emerging Energy Professionals seminar features Kecia Davison of CLEAResult, the largest provider of energy efficiency and energy transition solutions in North America. Lunch will be provided.
The seminar will take place from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at the EEI Conference Room. Davison will share her career journey across more than 30 years in the energy sector, along with an inside look at how organizations like CLEAResult support the clean energy transition through energy efficiency and demand response programs. The discussion will explore how policy goals are translated into real-world programs and projects, and the range of roles involved in that process.
The session will also highlight pathways into the industry, including skills, experiences, and coursework that can help prepare students for careers in energy. Davison will share perspective on the variety of roles available and how students can begin positioning themselves for opportunities in the field.
Kecia Davison is Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at CLEAResult and has built her career leading teams, developing energy programs, and driving partnerships across the sector. She has held leadership roles at organizations including CLEAResult, SitelogIQ, ABM, and Johnson Controls, and brings extensive experience working across utility programs and energy solutions in North America.
